WIRES-X Server End-User License Agreement

To utilize WIRES-X for the Internet communications, use of the WIRES-X server (hereinafter referred to as “the server”) provided by YAESU MUSEN CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “YAESU MUSEN”) is required. Before using WIRES-X, you are required to agree to the terms and conditions of this server end-user agreement and register your address with the server.

  • WIRES-X uses the Internet server hosted by YAESU MUSEN.
  • YAESU MUSEN assigns a server ID to the WIRES-X purchaser on application, and the WIRES-X purchaser uses the provided server ID.
  • You must follow the rules set by YAESU MUSEN when using WIRES-X. YAESU MUSEN reserve the right to refuse access to the server if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this server end-user agreement, modify the WIRES-X software or Inteface Kit HRI-200, use the WIRES-X software for any purposes other than its intended purposes, access the server illegally or bother other users, or when a determination has been made that you are no longer eligible to use WIRES-X or the server.
  • WIRES-X may become unavailable due to YAESU MUSEN server maintenance or server trouble. YAESU MUSEN will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any accidents, damages or loss suffered by you or third parties if occurred while WIRES-X is unavailable. If YAESU MUSEN management judges, in the future, that technological innovations or regulatory changes are warranted, it may be necessary to discontinue management of the server. If YAESU MUSEN ceases the server management, WIRES-X purchasers will not be able to use WIRES-X anymore. In such a case, YAESU MUSEN will have no liability or responsibility for anything including the product assurance and damages.
  • YAESU MUSEN may consign the server management to a third party when it deems appropriate.
  • YAESU MUSEN may modify or change the software without notice if necessary.
  • Any action occurred between the user and YAESU MUSEN shall be brought to the California state and United States federal courts in the Central District of California.
